This is absolutely the worst experience I've ever with a corporation. After about a month of attempting to have their service work properly, and me not getting emails, unable to access Netflix or ITunes,after being told by two separate representatives that the service would provide me with my requirements, I canceled their "lack of service" and received a bill for $84.84, an then a notice of collections.
