not happy, they won't let me put less than 1 star, my opinion right now is 0 stars.

Second time in three weeks with exact same issue..package not delivered as stated by UPS! Customer Service actually told me go door to door and check my neighbors homes for my delivery! After several phone calls and run around, I found out it was delivered in my mailbox...something they aren't allowed to do...yet the receipts and all the agents claimed it was at my front door! This is strike two! I'm going FedEx and USPS from now on!

Takes forever to fight through the automated phone tree and then when you do get someone they are robots. I did get a helpful person on 09/05/12 that was able to pull a package off the truck so I could pick it up at the very inconvienent location. Now I have a second package that is in limbo. US Mail is the way to go.

Call center service is so bad

This place is a complete joke, Don't bother calling. Humans are unavailable.
