I am highly disappointed with the garage storage at the Lynn store. They heard there was a mouse problem didn't report it to I'm sure any of the nearby storage and in june when I went to get my children's clothes for the summer I came to find there was mice pee and feces on my belongings ( my kids summer shoes wee hardened by the pee I had to throw away a lot of their stuff! I talk to the on site manager, the district manager their insurance and they offer no resolution to my problem. All my family's furniture and belongings has mice feces and that was all of our stuff, for when we get out of the shelter!!! How terrible that they offer nothing but a half months compensation for all the filth and after the 10 months paid apparently I am getting so much a half months rent for me is about $120 so I pay 240 a month for my families belongings only to be covered in filth!! I cant believe how heartless people are this is a huge company and I've paid over $2400 on my storage unit!!! I cant wait to put this in every possible place to let everyone know what I've gone through so they don't have to experience the same issues!! My kids and I are disgusted with how our storage needs were met, my family and I are saddened by this situation literally 90% of our belongings were in there and Extra Space doesn't care!!!!!
