I was given a time for the work to be done but then days went by, then weeks. I would call and get voicemail and get no return calls. So, I went by and politely asked when my car would be ready. I was given a date and that date passed and then another. I finally got someone on the phone and I was told that if I didn't like it I could take my car someplace else. HOW RUDE! I took my car here because this place supposedly had a good reputation. Never again!

Trying to find a new mechanic I was advised to go to Carbone Automotive in Lyndhurst, I'm happy I did, I called spoke to Ellen, described my problem a squeal that was driving me crazy, she advised it sounded like a belt but she stated she was not a mechanic and it would have to be checked out. I dropped my car off in the morning, heard from Ellen late morning she told me: Mike had checked the car out it was a belt, she told me exactly how much it would cost I said fix it the noise is driving me crazy, she called me back in the afternoon to tell me the car was ready, I went to pick it up and the repair was the exact amount she quoted me and NO MORE NOISE. I am sooooooooo happy finally a place to take my car to get fixed that I can trust!!!!!!
