We contacted them because we were involved in two relatively minor accidents within a few months (not at fault for either). They told us exactly what to do when dealing with two different insurance companies. I was impressed that they told us it wasn't necessary to hire an attorney, but if things got tricky at any point to give them a call and they would step in. Randall Sr. even called to follow up to make sure we were helped. I would recommend to anyone.
