I just moved to Lynchburg and I saw Monte Carlo and I had to go! I heard a lot of good things about it so I decided to go on a Friday night. That was the best Veal I have ever had. It also came with a side of spaghetti AND free soup AND free garlic bread AND a free salad. That was seriously the best dinner I have ever had. I went back the next day to try their pizza and OH MY GOSH it was DELICIOUS!!!! The service was the best I've ever had too! The waitress was so kind and sweet and she got everything perfectly on time! I even got to meet the owner while I was on my way out and he was so incredibly nice. Amazing food, the best service, beautiful atmosphere, this is my absolutely new favorite restaurant.
