Zero stars for a reason. Please do your home work on the products you buy and where you buy them! My girlfriend bought some running boards from them and the rubber step mat deteriorated and she went back to get it fix. 3 year warranty, she had them 4 and some lady told her she had to replace the whole board, ( appx $200.00 ). I said no way. I went down there and they told me the same thing, so I asked for the name, make and manufacture of the boards and they ABSOLUTELY refused to give it to me. Not only did they not want to sell the part, but they didn't want me getting either. Simple peace of rubber that is easily replaced just cost $400.00 in boards because of terrible customer service. My home work has lead me to a much better product with a life time warranty. There are a lot of good places in town that have great products and great customer service- THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM..... HAAAAA Actually had to give a star to post this. What a CROCK OF #$% ZERO ALL ZEROS
