Big licks is a lie. They're drink menu makes the beverages seem so delicious. I ordered a sea breeze which was blueberry vodka pomegranate and citrus juices. When the drink came out it was impossible to drink! I asked what was in the drink and the waitress stated tonic vodka and zero calorie Gatorade. I asked if there was any way we could swap drinks. She said no and she ordered me a $7 drink which tasted like straight cough syrup. I asked to speak to the manager after they billed me for both drinks which I was unable to drink.

The manager was so rude and made me out to be wrong, yelled, and criticized me for not being able to drink the drinks.She ended up charging me for both drinks.

I am from Texas and we believe in good hospitality and making sure our guests are satisfied and well taken care of. All in all I have never been treated to rudely in my life and would never recommend anyone coming here.

A coll tropically decorated place with nice people, good and different food, and cold drinks, I recommend!!
