we had just gotten back from vacation and found a serious ant infestation. we called arrow and they responded the same day. the technician Cristian Martinez looked at the situation and began his recommendations. he treated the area in the basement where the ants had a nest and it is a week later and we had no ants. Cristian was a perfect gentleman and very knowledgeable and did exactly what he explained and we could not be more satisfied. thank you arrow and Cristian. we are happy we called you.

I have been using Arrow as my exterminator for over 20 years, have recommended them every chance I get. They have helped me thru mice, ants and other critters even a sick possum! They're the greatest! They respond ASAP & do the job right the first time!

Very expensive but very good....very courteous and professional These guys from Arrow were great! so knowledgeable.. and understanding....we have a little dog and were concerned about what they might use might hurt the dog..... they allayed our fears and took care of the problem in a few short weeks.... These guys were like clockwork and returned ( and also checked the house thoroughly- thank god- only were in the garage) twice a week. on time, for a few weeks and took care of everything..... just as importantly they were extremely ( especially a guy named GENE ) courteous, friendly and easy to deal with.... I highly recommend these guys.....These days it is so rare to find a company that is reliable, professional and dependable but i am happy to say these guys are an exception.

First visit, today, hopefully the only one we need for ants in the kitchen. Anthony was very helpful polite, through, courteous . A bit pricy. But the store bought treatments were not working.

Thank you so much for the help that I received today from your company. I was stung by a yellowjacket wasp this morning in my dressing room. I then saw a few dead ones by my window and when I went into my walk in closet, there were at least 50 wasps flying around there. Suffice it to say, I totally freaked out. I am a real estate attorney and called the company that I usually refer my clients to for termite issues, etc. but they couldn’t get anyone out here today. I called your company and the woman on the phone immediately calmed me down and said that she would have someone to my house within an hour and told me that the gentleman who was coming would be Howard. The fee she quoted was I thought incredibly reasonable, considering that it was a Saturday, on such short notice and especially since I have never been a customer of your company. Within a half hour, Howard was here, he came in, told me not to worry, that he would take care of the problem and went to investigate. He found the source of the problem, took care of it and even expressed his concern that my dogs be safe from getting stung. He was professional, courteous and I feel that my house is safe again. Suffice it to say, I will be referring my clients to your company from now on..
