We've had to use this company on several occasions and we couldn't be happier with the drivers. We've either been picked up with a town car or a van. The drivers have always been courteous and helpful with our luggage. A few have even gone out of their way to make stops for us before we reached our destination without charging us extra. (Of course, we have tipped them accordingly.) Their prices are more than fair and I've not had a problem with them being on time to get us to the airport or coming to get us shortly after we arrived and had our luggage.

We were charged twice and had to fight for a refund with the owner John. John was rude and obnoxious. I'd pay a few dollars more and go with a company that appreciates the business.
