I had been having lunch here with my friends for the last 2 years. We had a very nice waiter there named Kino. Today we were there and Kino wasn't there. Our waiter's name was Gerardo. We all the year's I had been to any restaurant I hade never encountered anyone as rude as this guy. He doesn't seen concerned about losing customers. I have noticed that the clientele keeps dwindling with time. Management should wake up and see what's going on with his business. I asked for a manager for there doesn't seem to be one. Oh well, last time you'll ever catch me there!!

Service is horrific!! I took my friend there and waitress was very cold. My husband and one of my friend's food was cold. He complained, but she did nothing. Very dissapointing. I was quite embarassed.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. My husband and I visited this restaurant during their grand opening at 11:30 a.m. for lunch. We ordered from the lunch menu, and when our food arrived, it was not what we had ordered. When we questioned our waiter, he told us he thought we wanted the dinner menu. There was no effort to make this right, the wait staff were extremely rude, and we could hear them laughing about us in the kitchen. Will never go back, and will make sure everyone I know does not go either. Food was horrible!

I've been to Vallarta's once before and was happy with it! Tonight I went with a large group and the service was horrible and the food was gross! Our waiter was rude and the food had no flavor! I ordered something for my husband to be ready when I was heading out the door and he brought it out with my food. I said I wasn't ready for it and he told me I had to pay for it. I was there was another 1hour. The only good thing was the company of my friends. I won't be back!!

We were very happy when we notice a sign that Valartas was opening near our Lutz home. There had been a few issues until this past Saturday night. We will not be returning. The man at the register was not only rude but could care less if we returned for dinnter. I later found out he was the owner refused to allow me use $5 coupon (it was our third trip of the week a bit unusal). Then our order was incorrect. I contacted the resturant and the owner was rude and on the phone refuse to give me his name so I knew who to ask for when I returned to the resturant. He hung up on me not once but twice....so I drove back up there and in front of me told me he did not want to correct the order and proceeded to take another regular coupon for $5. I arrived home and the bean burrito was not eatable. Lets just say I am contacting the health department. We will not be returning. Very sad that owner thinks he can treat customers this way.
