I had been getting my nails done at this salon for about 7 months, and one night I went with my mother to have a pedicure. It was about 7:20 and the salon closes at 8:00. When we walked in there was one person getting her nails done. The owner gave us a look and we asked for pedicures. She said no we are closed. We walked out and have not been back since. The did do a good job on my acrylic nails however I prefer mine medium length and they always did cut them a bit short for me.But to me a nail salon should have excellent customer service as well. Since then I have found a new salon I am very very pleased with.
