I was a bit uneasy not knowing what to expect for the whole procedure. The two who came to open it up (right on time!) were very courteous and attentive. They located the tank and began to open it up. The operator of the truck and pump arrived shortly and they all worked diligently. Within a short time (certainly to me) they were finished and began covering the area. They had it looking like it did before they started. The driver also gave me some recommendations for future needs. It was all professional and courteous start to finish. A very pleasant surprise, at least for me.

These were some good guys. Two gentlemen came by and took care of pumping the septic. They were both very polite and answered all the questions I had. I would def. suggest them to anyone thats needed their septic emptied.
