Absolutely with out a doubt the worst shipping company on the planet. Trained monkeys could do their job better. Misdelivered and lost, said they showed up but never did, and left and packages, door tag on the door while I was home...to busy to ring the bell or knock? I refuse to do business with any company that ships ups in the future. Unions are only good for lazy employees who don't give a darn.

We had a prepaid label to return a damaged item to the manufacturer. The woman working here refused to scan the bar code and we had to pay the shipping charges because she said "it's free for you but not for us." ??? Next time we will drive the extra miles to FedEx!
