DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE TO SOUTHERN SPECIALTY. I would not even give one star for this facility but in order to leave a review I have to give one. My cousin had cancer and the facility could not manage his pain. His doctor gave instructions to transport him to the emergency room via ambulance. When I relayed the instructions to the nurse I was yelled at and told that I needed to let her do her job and that my cousin did not need to go to the emergency room. She stated she had 30 years experience, she's a nurse and she knows when a patient needs to go to the emergency room. That night my cousin's pain was unmanageable at their facility and suffered dearly throughout the night. The next morning the facility transported him to his doctor appointment and the doctor's office immediately sent him to the emergency room.
