The staff of Pampered Paws REALLY cares about animals. I adopted Tigress, "Tye", from Pampered Paws in 2004; they rescued her from certain death after she and her litter mates were dumped on a farm to market near Lubbock. Before I was allowed to become her owner, she was nursed back to health for months, spayed, and vaccinated. They had me visit her at their location several times to ensure I would be an acceptable match for this dog.



I want to express my gratitude to Pampered Paws for giving me all the love that Tye (the staff called her "Honey") has brought to my life!

I have been going here for many different services. Both of my dogs are groomed here, one of who is a massive shedder is also furminated here. All of the numerous grooming sessions I have been extremely pleased with and will continue to take my lil babies here. Whenever I go out of town I always take my dogs here. I am extremely happy with how I have been treated as a customer and more importantly how well my dogs are taken care of. Thanks so much Pampered Paws, keep up the good work.

Pampered Paws is not a huge, shiny, one-stop pet superplex. But what they lack in size and polish, they make up for in having a great staff that really appears to care for and get to know the dogs that come to see them. Clients are often greeted by name as they walk in the door, and you really feel as though they care about you personally, and are not just after your money. It is also nice to see a chain which carries the high-end holistic foods, not just the well-known brands which you see on TV. (My dogs require a little bit more than your average bag of grocery store kibble, so its nice to have somewhere to go for grain-free foods and pre-made raw diets.)



Everybody can have a bad experience with a business, and it is unfortunate. I personally feel the staff at Pampered Paws are attentive and well-trained, and I feel comfortable leaving my dogs in their care. They always come out clean and happy, and that speaks volumes to me. Kudos to you, Pampered Paws.

I've taken my dog to Pampered Paws for several years. This last time he looked like he had been shaved with a straight razor by an amateur. Several nicks and cuts. Uneven shaved areas. Some scraping of the skin. I will not be taking him back. Their work has gotten sloppy and dangerous and painful.

After having my dogs hair butchered by another local groomer, I took her to pampered paws and they were able to clean her up. Very clean place and I felt comfortable with living my dog there. Highly recommend this place!
