Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They always have a great assortment of choices, in summer for the garden and in winter for Christmas decorations.

To the gentleman getting sod. Sod was purchased and paid for. Customer notified sod was in and ready Friday afternoon as promised. Customer called and said he would not get it this week and would not pick the sod up. Customer expected hg to be " stuck" with sod. Hg tried to recomp their money by selling sod. Customer came in on Saturday for sod after saying he wouldn't be in. Here's the rest of the story.

I was very disappointed as I ordered sod over the phone and played for it over the phone and they said they would call me when the sod would come in. Friday morning they called and said it was in and I said I'd try to mAke it there Saturday morning. Well Saturday when I went there they said they had started reselling it cause they thought I wouldn't come pick it up. And I had payed for it already . Well they said they would order it again and it would be Tuesday. I wasted a 2 he drive back and forth and all my fuel and they didn't apologize or anything. I was very upset.

Lady with oxygen tank is VERY rude! We love Holland Gardens but PLEASE adjust her attitude. Thanks

I was in the store today 4-8-13 looking for plants that can be planted in containers for my front porch and I had the most helpful person that answered all my questions and also gave me good advise ...I left there a happy Customer and that person that helped me so much was Nice lady named Connie , tell her I said Thanks Again

Awesome place with superior trained and helpful staff. Also a wonderful place for every Christmas decorators dreams to be fulfilled. We love buying here.
