They run a slum property in Lubbock TX, Sagewood. The complex has wood decay around porches & Windows. While my daughter lived their the apartment smelled when she complained maintenance told her it was probably the issues of cats living under complex. They paint the counter tops which chips. Then upon moving out they refused to let my daughter do the walk thru with them, which she requested. They then told her they did offer but they called day of the walk thru she was in class. She called right back & was told it was to late & they had already done it & they do didnt owe her that. Do not rent from them they will find a way to screw you.
