They need to make sure and serve fresh coffee and clean the wall of the booths the place really needs to be deep cleaned

I had not been to Denny's in a long time and I see why now. Not only was the service horrible , but the food was even worse. The stuff that was suppose to be chicken fried steak had never even come close to a steak, it was the frozen pressed patties and I asked to have the mac and cheese on the side sor I could give it to my grandaughter, and they couldn't even do that. The man that was waiting on us was too busy talking to the other people working there to come and take our order, so my friend went over and told him we were ready and after he took another drink of his soda he finally took our order. When it was ready in the window for several minutes another waitress finally brought it to the table, then the man left and was told he better come back. As we were paying, my friend had a gift card which wasn't quite enough, so I handed her some cash and she took all the cash and left $1.25 on the gift card. I will never return to this Denny's. It was Horrid!!!

Terrible

The service was terrible the food was okay the manager complained the whole time we were there to some of the other workers about how terrible is the company was the cook got something wrong on both mine and my husband meal couldn't get a check couldn't get it additional drink was terrible we will not go back. When we went to pay the check the manager said he could tell by the look on my face how I felt about the service but all he cared about instead of wondering why I was upset was whether I was going to leave a tip or not
