Dr. Calmes is just about the greatest doctor in Texas in my book. Yes, rescheduling is a bear to do with such a professional staff, but they have a tough job dealing with the public and a Doctors schedule. I too have had a problem with my schedule and had to reschedule but was not a problem for them. It was about a six weeks delay but I was treated with nothing but kindness and concern. I will continue to see him as long as I can.

The doctor is very gentle & caring and the staff care aout you, also.

Tried to reschudle an appt because of my work schedule was told it would be two months before i could get in and that i had to work around their schedule they didnt work around mine. it had already been three months since i had seen him and my appt was still a month away. When i asked to speak to a superviser she started to scream at me and that i had to listen to her and was very rude to her she refused to give me numbers to make a compalaint to and refused to give her name. I give this business no stars. i understand that doctors offices are busy but im not a new patient and i did tell them that i needed to talk to him about my condition and it could not wait untill sept. but she didn't care she said that they are schedule three months out. I what to know is how do they make appointments foe patients he wants to see in two - three weeks.
