I have used Just Smart Guys as my emergency electronic repair shop on three occasions. I know when I go in that my devices will be handled professionally and courteously. I know that when I get it back my device will be repaired. Their services are reasonably and competitively priced. I trust leaving my expensive electronics with them and I have never had a problem with them. I especially enjoy the representatives I have encountered. I have worked with Nate and Gordon on separate occasions and they have been kind and straight forward with what they are going to be doing while they have my devices and they get me in and out without taking up too much of my time which is valuable to me. Thank you guys for being so awesome!!!

I have had my laptop for about 6 years and one day I couldnt even get it to turn on. Contacted Just Smart Guys through a recommendation and Gordon was very professional and helpful in my situation, he had my laptop back up and running the next day at a very reasonable price.

I have had many problems with my laptops (liquids spills, unexpected hard drive crashing, slow software, the list goes on) and every time I was able to rely on Just Smart Guys to fix my computer issues. They always surpass my expectations and do a great job! They have great customer service, quality work and the best prices around.

I admit that I am not the most delicate person when handeling laptops. I think I have busted 3 in a relatively short time frame, usually the hard drives. Each time my saving grace has been Just Smart Guys. They have been able to save files that I thought were gone forever. They have also been able to replace refurbished hard drives for a fraction of the cost of buying new. Whether fixing a broken laptop or buying their refurbished equipment, I have never had any problems. Staff has always been friendly accommodating. I will continue using them for all my future mistakes and would not hesitate to recommend them to any and all of my friends!

I went to Just Smart Guys when my pc was running a little slow. Gordon looked at the computer the next day and it was ready for me to pick up that afternoon. He found the problem quickly and charged a fair price to fix it. I would recommend them for any of your tech needs.

my business needed a unique solution for displaying information to our customer via heads up boards. I had no idea where to begin. By chance I ran into one of their facebook adds on such a solution. I call up Gordon one of their techs and before I knew it we had a working solution at a very solid price. The additional support after installing the equipment has been exceptional. what other small business would have someone online able to remote in a help after 6pm? Gordon even stayed late to make sure everything was working the way i wanted. Just Smart Guys delivery of service help me to deliver quality service to my customer.

*WARNING* Consumer Beware! I emailed & was told it would take a couple hours, up to one day. I dropped it off on Mon & got it back on Fri. Prior to repair, it was in excellent condition, exception of a cracked screen.

Condition I received it back:
1. the device looked totally beaten up
2. metal ring around new screen, totally hack with jagged edges
3. there is debris and finger prints under the screen now, very distracting
4. some type of substance on screen front that won't clean off
5. BIG PROBLEM it came back to me with 7% battery & will NO longer take a charge

ABSOLUTE BIGGEST OFFENSE OF MANY: Matt mocked the fact that I have a serious illness & am disabled!!

Discussed this with Matt and asked him to "do the right thing" by replacing the IPad. His response "yeah, that's not going to happen" laughing.

I brought in my iPhone after I ran it over. It wouldn't cut on so I thought it was dead. The phone repair chain said they couldn't fix it because it was bent. Just Smart Guys straightened it back out and put a new screen on it. Now it's almost like new.

Great guys. They fixed my MacBook Pro screen. They are always willing to help and answer my dumb questions.
