I simply can't say enough about the quality of service I received. My septic tank had root growing throughout my holding. Not only did Steve & Ryan clear the roots blocking the inlet to the holding tank thereby clearing my blockage. They also went above and beyond and opened all three access points to my holding tank to chop up the roots and to clear the outlet. I have an older Home Depot style toilet (Glacier Bay) which has a flapless tank for high efficiency. It's a strange setup - in any event, it kept running and no amount of tuning or positioning would stop it from running. I called Roto-Rooter and John came onsite. The parts for that toilet are in no supply houses, so we found them on Amazon and got them ordered. John came back a couple of days later when the parts arrived, fixed the flapless tank, and also replaced a leaking supply valve to the toilet. John is an absolute professional. On time, no BS, got it done and a great conversationalist. If you need work done - these folks have you covered.

Experience was very positive. He was very professional, clean, and knew what he was doing. Had the problem known in fast time and addressed it very quickly. He tried very hard to fix the proble but was unable to becaus the roots were to dense. However he knew the next step and initiated it. Very satisfied with the work of all the employees that came to help. I'm sorry that I can't remember there names.
