Normally pay 155 for our type of tire but was charged 264 by Jim. Extremely disappointing. The only positive thing was that Manny who changed our tire seemed like a great guy.

I will be buying all my tires from Jim even though his shop is two hours drive from here. It's worth it to save the money and get the kind of service you get here.

Our car broke down on the highway at 4:30 am just before the little town of Lovelock, NV. We called Jim's and they came out right away even though we were 35 min away. They started working on our car as soon as they opened and even drove an hour to the next town to get the part we needed. They were very honest and fair with how much they charged and worked very hard to get us fixed up as soon as possible. They made a very horrible experience a lot easier to deal with.
