The motto "about an hour" turns out not to be realistic for this location.First they told me that only one lens was in stock and it would be a couple days (til the weekend).Then they told me "4 to 5 business days."That turned into "7 to 10 business days."That turned into "We'll call you."At 552 HOURS (yes, I calculated that), I got fed up and called them. They said "oh, they're sitting right here." Lucky day; I was about to go non-linear.Great. So 23 days after I ordered them, the glasses finally arrived. I should have canceled it a long time ago and found somebody competent instead.Very unhappy.

If you are ready to pick out frames and spend money don't bother going here. The unfriendly people running this place will ignore your presence. I walked out after realizing they had no intention of helping me. Another store got the $400 for new frames that same day.
