Whenever I walk into Hobby Lobby, including THIS one, I feel uplifted, happy, and inspired. I've gotten a lot of help from workers in there, any time I needed it, and spent a lot of time once returning items left over from my daughter's wedding that didn't get used. They had to open a new register, but no one looked "sideways" at me, but cheerfully refunded me. There is NO perfect store out there and a one-time-bad-experience shouldn't cause a person to boycott (or as good as) a business. I've had bad experiences in places, but I either don't go back, or I take a chance that they've gotten their act together.

Stay well clear of this store!! The Manager is a clueless individual with no people skills whatsoever and it go downhill from there. Forget about Customer Service, you'd be better off going to lunch and having a nice meal while headed to Micheal's or other store that really cares about it's customers. Forget this store and spend your hard earned money else-ware. I might go back if I see a sign out front saying, "Under New Management".
