I don't know what "Casey's" problem is but when my wall button went out this company came out and fixed it at no charge (with receipt). they also helped me program in some new remotes i had bought at no charge. i would recommend this company to all my friends and family. They have great ethics and are family owned, which was a huge decision maker for me. The woman on the phone was polite and very upbeat. They are my only garage door company. if "Casey" thinks the woman on the phone was rude obviously he was being even more rude.

They installed my garage door 6 months ago. A poor quality install was done. Besides the bad install it quite working. I tried to troubleshoot it with the owners manual but had no luck so I called them. The woman who answers the phone is very rude. They did come out and it was a bad push button. They charged us $80 for 10 min of work which should have been WARRENTY. The tech even said they have had a problems with those push buttons. They didn't even tell my wife about the charge tell the new push button was installed.

Had troubles with C&M Garage Doors at first with an older system being installed and didn't realize it until we had troubles with it not working time and time again. Short version of story- first it was said it was our framing and we got smacked with an unexpected bill for it. Then had troubles again, but it was past warranty and we went with another company to get a second opinion. The whole circuit board ended up being bad and we had to go through the manufacture to get the parts. We feel much better with the understanding and being in agreement with C&M Garage Doors that indeed the opener being older and a mistake to be installed. The owner called and was very respectful and wanted to make things right. The main issue we were upset with is being corrected to have a newer opener being installed as it should have been before. We also appreciate the business going above and beyond with the pledge to make sure openers work with the new system and another year labor warranty for the new system. This exceeded our expectations and we are pleased to be able to work everything out.

Within warranty period - garage door was not working properly. Came and slapped us with an unexpected bill blaming our framing. Still didn't work - got second opinion from a different company who informed our framing was better than most and the actual opener was a very old model and the whole system was failing (circuit board/down limit switch). Confirmed with the Genie Company that our model was indeed old. Direct from their email "These units were installed in the late 90’s and early 2000’s". Ours had a production date of August 12, 2004 - almost 8 years from the time of production to when they installed it. Makes us wonder if it sat on a shelf all those years or was previously used.Company has horrible ethics to be charging what they charge for aged products and then not honoring their warranty. Would never recommend as we are investing a lot more time and money into it because of their service.

The owner of this business did the work and he was right on time, and went to work right away. Took less then an hour to change out 2 main springs and to fix the door bracket that broke with one much better then the original.This business is also local which is very important to me and is owner run, not a franchise.The door now works like new...thanks.

I bought a new garage door from C&M and they did an excellant job, very reasonable prices. I don't know what Aurora's problem is, but if C&M broke her door then why didn't she call them back to fix it right? I find her rating hard to believe.

I have had C&M work on my garage door twice, both times they did excellent work. They have low prices and high customer service. I would recommend them to anyone, you cant go wrong with C&M.

I hired C & M to come out and fix a broken spring on my garage door, they had the best price out of the company's I had contacted. They were extremely nice and professional!! I have some friends down in Littleton who own their own Garage Door company, and C & M's price for my repair was below even what they quoted me :-)######--Chris
