Water leaks, roaches,constant problems with their crediting your rent. Every mo. I have to show proof of rent paid 9 mos ago ! Proof shown every month. . When they finally put hand rail up on stairs outside to apart. Told would put up before I moved in as I'm handicapped. After 3 falls down steps, 9mos later , was told to "get a cane!" These are federal laws to have handrails! They after threatening law suit. It goes up, a month later, asked to move. My husband is 76, I am up there too and disabled. Now have to move! Ruthless, cruel! Dont move here!

been living hear for 7 years was nice apartments NOW HAVE NEW MANAGER WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING WITH OUT A FIGHT HAD A LEAK IN CEILING I MEAN EVERY HOUR IT GOT BIGGER THEY LOOKED AT IT IT WILL BE MONDAY BEFOR WE CAN DO ANYTHING CALLED BACK 5 HOURS LATER SHE COMES BACK WITH A BIG ATTITUDE FINLLY THEY CUT IN CEILING AND WATER RUN EVERYWHERE GOOD JOB NOT

Overall the apartments are nice for the price that you pay. That being said office hours are Monday-Friday 8-5, GOOD LUCK catching anyone in the office, or ever getting any return phone calls, though management will claim they have left you messages. (NOT ONE). If an appliance ever breaks, expect to live out the majority of your lease without said appliance. Groundskeepers have no respect for tenants vehicles. they blow grass and debris all over you cars/trucks when maintaining the grounds. (Resulting in scratches/dents in your vehicle.) Pest control will sometimes show up unannounced with no notice and will walk into your apartment WITHOUT KNOCKING, and some are very rude.Hope you enjoy getting peeped at in a towel by a strange man/men, ladies. Though pest control comes once a month they spray ONLY in the kitchen for about 5 seconds, and you can still plan on having "stink bugs" as your roommates year around. DONT SMOKE? Well if your neighbor below you does, their cigarette smoke somehow travels up through the ventilation in the bathrooms and laundry closet, so prepare to always have a lingering cigarette smell in your home, especially in the bathroom, hall, and master. We recently found out that the new property manager is related to her supervisor so as stated before, good luck on getting anything taken care of. We chose Johnathans Ridge because they are much nicer than the other communities around them. For around $680 per month for LESS than 1000 sq feet, do your research on other communities before you sign a lease here!

Lies, gossip, and excuses from the management, which changed in 2014.



Illegal terms in the lease contracts.



General attitude of laziness and unprofessionalism, total lack of care for the property.



A giant hole in the parking lot has been here for 4 months now. Management doesn't care.



Current office manager is very unprofessional and rude. Her supervisor is related to her, so good luck getting anywhere with that.



Overall the property itself is nice but being run into the ground by management.
