I decided to try this nail salon in hopes of it becoming my "go to" spot...however i was disappointed with my over all experience. I made an appointment a few days in advance only to come and have to sit and wait 20 mins after my scheduled appointment. After I went back to start my pedicure I was practically forced to soak my feet in water that was too hot for my personal preference. As the pedicurist started to to clip and file she kept cutting too close and hurting me. she seemed to rush through my pedicure and not being as precise as she should have been. She only put one coat of polish on missing multiple spots and getting the polish on my skin. All the while she was extremely rude towards me and made me feel very uncomfortable. Over all I feel that the pedicure was over priced if that is the type of work that's considered acceptable and I was left very unsatisfied. I will not be returning and I don't recommend this nail salon to anyone else.

I got one of the best French manicures ever at this salon. It chipped a day or two later. (I will admit this is a problem for me.) In this salon, there are stations set up in a rather weird, sweatshop like manner, I was at ill-at-ease instantly. I also was constantly asked if I wanted an eyebrow wax or bikini wax in addition to my manicure, or was I sure that I didn't want a pedicure? I thought a manicure was supposed to be relaxing? I went on the recommendation of a friend, her acrylics are awesome. If you can handle the close stations and the up-sales, then I recommend this salon.

After searching in the Louisville area; trying many nail salons - This one is the very best I have EVER been to. Dozen of pedicure chairs; 15 manicure stations; 20 attendants who will pamper you. Very good at speaking English as well. Polite and walk-ins are really okay. They also WAX and permanent eye liner has just been added to their many, many services.

I highly recommend and I won't go any where else. Very Busy Fri. & Sat.,so an appointment then is the way to go. Enjoy being lovely.
