Danny and Mitch did our remodeling project. We could not have asked for anyone to be more professional and the finished project was just as we planned. They were 5 star all the way.

On 12-7-17. Had a minor electrical problem. Technician came out, 45 min. total time, from the time he arrived until he left. Replaced a $2.00 part. Charge was $294.00 !! Yes, you read that correctly. That is with a %15 discount, if my math is correct, that comes to a $350.00 hourly rate?!? As of 9:15am 0n 12-08-17 have made 3 attempts to talk to customer service with no call backs. Have invoice to back this up. Never again, live & learn

Was knowledge and professional did a great job was quick and very courteous I would recommend using no other company but Tom Drexler plumbing and will request Melvin D for any Future calls give him 5 stars and the company 5 stars

Josh saved our kitchen sink for our Super Bowl party! He arrived promptly, was very professional, unclogged our drain, cleaned up the mess and was driving out of the driveway when our first guest arrived. I will call Tom Drexler Plumbing and recommend them over and over again!

Mark Letner did an amazing and very professional work helping me with my problem. He came and did exactly everything i could ask for and explained everything he was doing throughly and got done fast and efficient. i definitley reccommend him personnaly if there was to be any other problem or assistence i would need for plumbing services. He also recommended me to the company himself when he heard i was going into school for graphic design and near graduating, and got me very interested into looking into it. but besides that i would like to thank the company and mark himself for the great service.

Prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I had a faucet leaking all over my floor and I called drexler to come immediately so the water would not flow all over my kitchen floor and it was winter and it had snowed so the roads were hazardous but drexler came out promptly in enough time to fix the faucet so the water did not ruin my kitchen floor.

We had a minor water emergency last week that required us to turn of the main water line. Called Drexler's main number & spoke to a lady on the other end. Explained the situation, gave her our cell numbers & said someone would call us back before 1700hrs to address the problem/repair. At 1645hrs I called saying we had not heard from anyone yet. They told me someone had called two hours earlier & no one answered. I explained that we @ these phone numbers all afternoon. When I asked what number they called, they gave me my son's number who was in their system from years ago & no longer in service. I don't know why she couldn't have followed my instructions & called me? A lack of very poor customer service on Drexler's communication end. To make matter's worse, they wanted to bill me an extra $99.00 for an "after hours trip charge." I hung up in disgust & called another plumber who responded to my needs immediately & didn't charge me for an after hours call.

Service tech was very professional, courteous, and a great representative of this business. He got the job done on time for a reasonable price. and I would be happy to have him do work for me again.

Showed up early, fast, professional, excellent service. Hank took the time to explain everything & answered all of our questions. We were very pleased.

Chuck T. from drexler plumbing came out about 10:am sunday morning . we had a clogged drain upstairs and down stairs in the sinks, i asked for the 99.00 drain repair and thats what i got, he fixed it within the hour and cleaned up the mess and thank you chuck t. for getting us going, its the holidays and we really needed it done sunday at no extra charge, happy holidays
