The worse tanning salon I've ever been to, staff was rude and unknowledgeable about promotions going on. Also, was told I could purchase two tours of the city in the month of January but did not honor it when they weren't sure if you could or not. I use to be a retail manager and if one of my employees accidentally told a customer that they could have something for a certain price or it was a certain price I would honor it. Its called customer service! I've been tanning at suntancity for over 5 years now and its been going down hill ever since.
