Provided by YP.comI have ordered window treatments and was following up on the order to see when they would arrive and was told by Suzanne that Mary was out and call back next week..She was just filling in...Well in your filling in for someone you should have some knowledge of the job.
Plus I had called (2) days ago and no one had returned my call. This woman Suzanne then begins to raise her vocie and continued to do so and when I ask for her supervisor she stated thats my brother the owner like that made it OK for her to be rude to me.
