We use Schulz's for everything from birthdays to funerals. They always create beautiful arrangements perfect for whatever the occasion. I will never use another florist.

Monica, I am sorry you did not receive your flowers on Valentine's day. We were not given correct information, nor do we have an account with all of your information. We offered to deliver them to your house that evening you refused. We offered to deliver them the next day, you refused. We however set up delivery with your husband the following day. We take customer service very serious and do not appreciate bad reviews. We had done everything we could with the bad information given to us. I owned it last year and there wasn't any problem.

My husband has ordered flowers from this place for 5 yrs always had them delivered to my work. Today they delivered my flowers to the wrong address. They were rude, unapologetic and told me that it was all my husbands fault. I asked to just cancel the order and they said they were charging me whether or not I received the flowers. The said my husband gave the wrong address, which is a lie. My husband gave them the name of my popular company. Wondering why they didn't deliver to the same company and address they have been delivering the past 5 yrs. I think they may have changed ownership beware of earlier great reviews.

Schulz's Florist is a true slice of Louisville history! Originally founded by Jacob Schulz in 1873, ownership passed through his family, then to 1960's- 1990's legend Dave Davies, and finally to the solid, capable stewardship of the current owner, Ms. Debi Rush.

If you are buying flowers, it's because it's a special occasion, or, better still, it's a regular day that you want to BECOME a special occasion! Either way, the seasoned, "totally pro" folks at Schulz's will absolutely make that happen, just as they have for the last 135 years! You just can't go wrong here. (Hint to guys- your special lady will absolutely KNOW if you got her flowers at the grocery or the from the dude with the bucket at the highway intersection! Trust me...- NOT worth it!)

Save the contact info from this listing for the next time "Hey! I should get flowers!" comes to mind. You'll be glad you did!

When I called the florist I was greeted with a "Good Morning" by a friendly voice. After explaining that I was looking for something special for an older woman, the person I was talking to suggested I talk to one of the designers. Sure enough she had some wonderful ideas and my friend loved the arrangement. The flowers were so fresh looking and arranged like a picture.



I like to order from Schulz, they are friendly and they really want to please. Anytime I have ordered an arrangement for the funeral home, I can easily pick out mine before I ever go and look at the card--it just stands out over all the others!

When you order flowers from Debi Rush and her staff @ Schulz's Florist, you know that you will get the most beautiful designs. I have sent flowers from Schulz's to funerals, and I can always spot the Schulz arrangements from across the room. Top notch staff and customer service! Plus, they are big supporters of their local community. Got to love that!

When people send flowers, they usually are trying to send a "feeling" to someone.

The flowers represent joy, sympathy, love, congratulations, etc. Debi Rush and her

staff understand this. They all go above and beyond to make sure the "feeling"

of the customer is communicated by sending the nicest and most creative flower

arrangements. They are always anxious to meet the customers' needs.

Recently, I had a co worker that lost her significant other in a very unfortunate accident. I'm new to the Louisville area and did not know any florists. I went on to yellowpages.com and found Schulz's Florist and visited their website to see what type of impression I could get from their business. Their website was very informative and I loved all of the information that they provided. I quickly picked up the phone and the owner of the florists shop was the first to pick up the phone. I told her about my situation and that I wanted to send some flowers to my co-worker on behalf of this terrible accident. Since I do not know much about flowers, I simply left it in the owners hands, Debi Rush, to put together a nice floral arrangement. I was not there when my co-worker received the flowers, but from others that were around her, after seeing the floral arrangement and the card, tears of joy and a smile overcame her face. She was EXTREMELY happy about how nice the flowers were and immediately called me to thank me for such a beautiful arrangement. After this wonderful experience with Schulz's Florist, from their professionalism to arranging such a beautiful bouque of flowers, I know that I will never use another Florist ever again. Congratulations on a wonderful job well done and a new customer for life!
