I have been trying to get in contact with this "spa" for MONTHS and have yet to receive any acknowledgement whatsoever from any staff member. I have called and emailed multiple times and each one of my attempts has been blatantly ignored. What an unprofessional way to treat a potential customer. I don't know how they're supposed to get new clients if they don't answer the phone, respond to emails, or call people back. That aside, I've heard from many people that their chemical peels are way too aggressive and give horrible results. I will be taking my business elsewhere where I am at least acknowledged!

Awful service, incredibly rude owner, hopefully it closes down soon. Bad business with absolutely no idea how to treat anyone.

I got introduced to them through Groupon. I called them several times to get an appointment and left voicemails, they never called me back. After more than 4 months I was able to get an appointment with them few months ago. I did think their service was good on the day of the appointment.



Thus, I bought another groupon for 3 peels. I called and scheduled an appointment for 1st peel much in advance. I called them 2 days prior to know the timing for appointment, no1 answered the call or returned my call. I kept calling them until day after the appointment and I was able to speak with a receptionist who was extremely rude and said it is not her problem that I forgot my appointment. She said I will have to pay 40$ since I didnt show up for appointment. I asked her if I could speak with a manager and she said she will have manager call me back. I waited a week and tried calling back several times and they never picked up my call.



I would say do not buy any groupon for them. They are very rude and unprofessional.

Arina is very professional, explaining each procedure and product she uses thoroughly. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. Definitely a 5 star plus rating!!!!!

So AWESOME!! Arina is a very gifted aesthetician with her knowledge and techniques. I had never heard of the brands she carried - mostly Image (I love that she focuses on only using organic products/treatments). After researching this line, it is truly top notch. The prices of the products and treatments are comparable, but I found this to be one of the best places I've found since I've moved here. I really appreciate her personal and tailored approach to helping me "fix" my skin. I got the retinol peel. I've been getting peels, facials and even microdermabrasion for the past ten years. My skin has never looked this good, especially after one treatment! Thank you so much Arina!
