Perry handles the project from Conception to Completion including the design, estimating and financing. He also oversees all construction phases. Linda handles the phones, the books and many of the details. Buck is the go to guy on-site day in and day out. He coordinates with subcontractors and keeps the project moving. Antonio is Buck's right hand man and is a jack of many trades. He is also a skilled carpenter. Ask the Builder. No strings attached. Perry will answer your questions. Perry Lyons has over 35 years experience building and remodeling custom homes. Perry is a member of the HBAL board of directors and was named 2009 Remodeler of the Year. Perry teaches advanced estimating and specification writing classes for the Home Builders Association of Louisville. Perry also serves on the codes committee.
