back in January I took my car to magic sparkle to get my car washed when one of the guys are back in my car the vacuum hose rubbed up against the paint and call to cite scratch. At that time I'm happy I was with the service. I was told to wait and he returned to the tickets give me the ticket to said here did this next time and you'll receive a free car wash. Today I will turn to get my free car wash when I head into the station attendant I was told this was good for nothing. I didn't win inside and apparently spoke to the owner he told me the paper wasn't as good as what it was pretty. And the paper that I was given was totally useless. When I explained what I was told I was told that was incorrect. I explained again but I didn't have any way of knowing that that wasn't a quick process I was told once again it was too bad. the lady told me that as a business person I should know that that's not the way things happened. I explained to her that I was a business person and that it's one of my guys had told one of my consumers that that was the way something happens then I would have to take that at face value. I would also have to on her what one of my employees said. Please people do not undergo word nor do they stand behind their product for the employees. It's going to stall call if this is the way they do business did I mention that I'm not the only one who's got screws. over by then.avoid at all costs.
