HomeTeam exceeded my expectations. Not only is their staff courteous and professional, but they genuinely care about the satisfaction of each customer. When inspecting my home the Master Inspector, Andy, and Assistant Inspector, Ron, arrived early, introduced themselves and set the expectations for the appointment. They were detail oriented and, upon completion of the inspection, Andy took the time to review the report, alerting me to any potential concerns. I purchased an older home so there were hesitations, but with the help of Home Team I felt secure in my purchase. Neal Allen, Director of Operations, was also kind enough to follow up with me, answering some minor questions I had. I highly recommend their services.

In their home report a false statement was made about an active leak on a water pipe coming into the home.. Myself and others closely examined the area and there was no sign of an active water leak from the pipe coming into the home.
I sent a message via their website about the false statement and then several days later after I still hadn't heard from them I called and left a message with the receptionist for the owner to call me and days later I still haven't heard from them. Not good business practice.

They missed several large issues. For instance, two outlets in the office did not work. Also, the A/C does not cool below 80 degrees and runs 75% of the time, resulting in huge energy bills. There is a hole in a pipe leading to the washer that was covered in duct tape at the time of inspection. This eventually came loose and flooded my basement while the washer was running. None of this was noted in the report. The inspector was rude and told me to leave during the inspection. I had every right to be there. I have worked in real estate for several years, and have never heard of such a thing. I called to see what could be done and they refuse to call me back.

Andrew and Tommy were both very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend Hometeam to anyone looking for an inspection service.
