Called for a ride and within 8 minutes my driver has arrived. Even arranged for him to pick me back up when I was ready. Easy to use the taxi caller app when I book with Green Cab.

Fare to Knox from airport was supposed to be $83. He charged me $100. I called the day prior to see if they had a credit card machine in the cab and he said yes. He said there was no "signal." I could tell he was lying. I needed a receipt for reimbursement from the military and he gave me a blank receipt. Do not use this company.

They never showed. Dispatcher hung up on me. I give them an "F". .

Driver showed up and I told him to leave - he was drunk! When I sent him off and told him I'd call his supervisor - he told me he was the owner's son. Disgraceful!

Green Cab is very professional, courteous, and friendly. The best in Louisville.‎They picked up a friend of the family, an older lady, and brought her home safely. The driver even called to tell us that he dropped her off and that everything was fine. As another reviewer said, they took my concerns seriously and I felt that I was being treated as a special and important customer. The people picking up the phone and the drivers are all nice and responsible. I had the driver's name and the driver's phone number, and he had the same for me. The driver called the day before to confirm when and where. Very pleased!

I needed a cab to Indiana from Louisville, but was fearing the price. Especially considering I needed to come back too. So we're talkin' a round trip and lookin' at about 50 miles total. The average cab is aprox. 2 dollars per mile. So, it would cost me around 100 dollars, plus a tip!! WHOA!! Who can afford that?! They recommended a driver and gave me his number. He negotiated a price that saved me about half the money!! And on top of it, if I ever need him for a trip like that again, he said he'll do a little better on the price! WOW!! Also, I had only 2 hours to get to where I needed to be from the time I called. Which means, if he didn't arrive in a timely manner, I wouldn't make it. But he arrived within 10 minutes! He was also very friendly and courteous, and drove very time efficient, yet very safe. Highly recommended!!!

I was impressed with clear communication and prompt responses to my requests. My precious cargo became their precious cargo. They safely delivered my mother to the airport in a timely way.
