Clean rooms and very helpful staff. I had to transfer to another room due to not making reservations prior to my arrival. I accidentally left my prescription glasses in the previous room. The honest housekeeping staff turned them into Erik and Jamie at the front desk. I always enjoy my stay at this hotel when we visit the Knobb Creek Machine Gun Shoot. The front desk staff are always informative and helpful.
