This is only the 2nd visit for your service, so I'm sure that we can get to the 4th star in
the next month or so! Gail is our team leader and is quite friendly and nice. I will try harder to communicate what needs to be done in future visits.

We've been using Busy Brooms for a number of years, and are quite satisfied with their service. Our current team, led by Gail, are prompt, courteous and thorough. If we've ever had a problem, it is resolved quickly and professionally. We'd be happy to recommend Busy Brooms to anyone for their excellnt and friendly service.

Our first encounter with Busy Brooms was a positive experience. They promised individualized attention and carried through on it. My father is 86 years old, lives alone, and needs a reliable and affordable cleaning service. The initial visit brought two friendly and hard working ladies that traveled through a nasty thunderstorm to arrive on time. They went right to work and stayed busy the entire time they were in the house, with a clean and sparkling result. My father and I were pleased with the accomplishments of these ladies! I feel good about leaving my father in their capable hands.



In price shopping, they gave the best value for the cost. Additionally, the owner spent quite some time answering all my questions and was highly professional. After interviewing multiple agencies, I chose Busy Brooms, mainly due to the personal touches they were willing to put on the assignment I gave them and the professionalism the owner presented. This is an exceptional operation and I feel good with my decision to employ them in my father's home.
