Provided by YP.comi bought an electric reclining sofa and recliner.....april 2014 by dec the couch broke...the reclining mechanism....after mths of fighting it and getting no where the sofa is still broke..just dont use that side...now the leather on the recliner has pulled away looks terrible and 2 small holes in 1 of the arm chairs....i bought an extra warranty because i was told beings i have grand kids and a dog that i would want this because accidents do happen and will need it....well....its 2016 the sofa never got fixed....now they are telling me the leather pulling away is not covered...REALLY....i paid a fortune for this cheap junk on the sales persons word of this warranty covering everything...if they cant fix it ...it will be replaced.....so guess what Ashely furniture....every time someone ask me about my chair ...i warn them, go any where but ashleys.....THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR FURNITURE...OR THEIR WORD.........

My name is Nicole Bell and i am so disappointed!!! I ordered furniture in October 2014 paid cash down over $1500. Was suppose to be delivered the beginning of December. Never came!!! Was told it was coming ever week for 2 more months!!!! Went to the store several times to see what the hold up was got the run around!!! Finally on Feb 5th went to the store and canceled to get my money back. They told me I had to wait 4 to 6 weeks to receive a check from the corporate office. HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET!!!! Have called the store several times and they have no clue what or why I have not received my money. They have to email the manger at the corporate office not call but email the manger!!!! They gave me a number to call stayed on phone forever, they never answered plus they never said Louisville!! I am so confused!! I called the BBB and filed a complaint. Ashley's finally called me backed and said yet once again my check will be processed in a week. Liars!!!! This is not fair and they have not tried to keep in contact with me at all!!! I gave my furniture away now we have nothing to set on in the living room!! They should not be able to do this to people I paid my money and I didn't get my furniture or my money back and I have all my receipts. I made them print me something out showing I canceled my order because they didn't want to give me paper work on that!!! Then gave me a $200 gift certificate which can't but anything at Ashley's. I am very disappointed because I thought they were a well respected furniture store. I found out more people have been having this problem with them. Call the BBB they will handle it!!!

Provided by YP.comAbsolutely horrible! Run don't walk from this place! I wish I had read all the many, many terrible reviews before buying from here as they are all true. I ordered furniture on Nov 30th and was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. Feb 6th and I still don't have all my furniture. They have lost my couch, then claimed they delivered it, when they hadn't. It's a nightmare to call customer service with 20 minute wait times and a different story with each person you talk to. After multiple phone calls to customer service they finally have told me that they had to reorder my couch. I have had the "new" delivery date pushed back twice. Still no couch but they have billed me for it. I have also received a bed that has a damaged drawer and I am still waiting on getting that fixed. I now understand why they have you sign a paper stating that you cannot cancel your order. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Provided by YP.comI bought a couch for $600 and within 2 mos it was broken. I could not believe how cheap made this couch was. Now I know why they put that black cover on the bottom. So you can't see how cheap made it is!

Provided by YP.comWell, I paid my $500 for my new couch, and 6 weeks later here I set, still with no couch, and they tell me that their running a little late, and that it wont be in until the first week of April, and that will be 8 weeks, and I'm not going to hold my breath on it being in by then. I'm furious!!! If it takes that long for people to get their furniture you should not have to pay for it until it comes in. We could have gone somewhere else, and bought something just as good, and probably taken it home with us that day, and believe me that is what we'll do next time!!!
