Worst company to deal with. Makes appts and does not show up. My home warranty company ordered a replacement of my furnace and the owner showed up and told me that the warranty company wanted him to see if parts could be replaced instead of the unit. That was a lie. He had my unit the entire time 3 weeks. And still has it. Refusing to install because he isnt a carpenter so I have to hire a carpenter to cut away some of the wall because the other unit is a few inches taller. Poor company. My mom had Allen's heating and cooling and they cut out the floor and placed return air ducts that is part of your job. They are thieves. And they WILL NOT return a phone call or answer the phone. I wouldn't give a star at all but I have to mark something to continue on grrrrr.

Called the warrenty company and they gave me another company that said they couldn't come out until Monday. This was Wednesday. Temps were above 90 so I called the warrenty company back and asked for Air-Max which I have used before on a different house. I called and left a message and had a return call within 10 minutes. This was 9am and they were there by noon. They saved me six days of suffering in the heat spell we were having.

i.e., A locNo one EVER go witht his company!! They are awlful!!!! I go through a home warranty who sent me to them.. They were supposed to show up on a Friday morning, and noon rolled around with no phone call. WE FINALLY called them and they said they would show up at 2, well.. 5 pm rolls around and we have to call them again, they state they are on their way.. Dont show up until almost 6pm. Unfortunately they did not have my part and said they would be back out the following morning (saturday).. saturday rolled around and no call, and no show. I made 6 phone calls through out the day and never got a response.... Monday morning at 8am I received a phone call with no apology saying they would be out before 10am. It was going on 11:30 and still nothing!! AND OF COURSE I could not get in touch with them. I called the warranty company and had them set me up with someone else.. RIDICULOUS way to run a business. They should be reported and removed from the list of providers from the warrant
