Columbine Plastics Corp. is a full-service custom injection molding company. Based in Boulder, Colo., its capabilities include press sizes from 16 to 500 tons, custom color matching and in-house mold making. Additionally, the company molds difficult to run polymers, such as PEEK, Ultem, Liquid Crystal Polymers, Polymethyl pentene, polyether sulfone as well as a range of elastomers, alloys and medical grade resins. It is capable of building tools, including hydraulic unscrews, sequential core pulls, hot runners, three plate/transfer runner mold systems.
