Heritage was quick to come and issue a quote, and quick to perform the work. However, if you ever have an issue and need to follow up good luck on getting them to return. James went from answering my calls and promising to come back to completely dodging me. I tried for months to get anyone and was completely ignored. (How can you have four phone numbers for a business and not reach anyone!!!)

If you need a new roof or repair call another company!

Heritage Roofing did the roofing job to my home after a bad hail storm here in NC. They were out here in just a few days to get the job done but the quality of work was awful. They used way too big of nails and busted the plywood up under the shingles. My sunroom celling had to be covered with plywood because the nails extended an inch beyond the wood. The over hang to the garage had the same problem with the huge nails and had leaks all over. Winds came and pulled and ripped the roofing back. Lost count on how many times they returned to patch the sloppy work. Finally had to have my handyman come out and try to use tar to fill the holes and hold it down. We had winds again and because it was such a terrible job, half the roof blew off just the other day. Having another company come out to remove the shabby job and replace the whole roof. Another $ 600. out of my pocket to have it done right. My biggest concern is how the roof on my house will hold up. When I went into the attic chunks of wood fell on me as I opened the door. Way too big of nails! Very concerned, Had a 30 year roof put on but will it hold up!

these guys did a great job, cleaned up the yard. very pleased with workman ship and the quality work. Jimmy was very knowlegable about all aspects of Roofing. Thanks jimmy for your hard work.

Heritage Home Improvement/ Roofing Contractors (James Manning, Larry Alford) replaced two roofs for us after some hail damage. They nailed roofing material to rotting, splitting wood, failed to cover portions of the roof, and left debris in our yard. We called them four times to get them to come and clean up the mess. We have called four more times to get them to come and fix their shoddy work. Both times, Larry Alford promised to come out that day and did not show. Unfortunately, we paid them before we realized how extensive the problems were. In spite of the fact that their workmanship is “guaranteed for ten years”, according to their contract, they do not seem at all interested in doing quality work. They were just interested in getting their money and moving on. EXTREMELY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Heritage roofing came out and did my roof at a reasonable price and did a great job and clean up very well I would highly recommend this company thanks guys and keep up the great work

This company is not a reputable company. They have been very indecisive with their pricing. They came out and gave my family member a free estimate for the price of a new roof. When I called back to schedule for them to come out to do the work the price increased by $100.00. That was fine but it should have been a red flag for me. They were unable to come out on the day they gave because of inclement weather. After making several phone calls I finally was able to reach someone. Upon calling back to reschedule the price went up $500.00 more dollars. When I told them I was unable to pay any more money and they had already raised the price before they said they would only increase it to $200.00 more dollars.



I chose not to go with this company because they kept raising the price and had not even started the job.
