Hello to you if your reading this please read all of it before you buy any flooring from this place. I could not rate it a negative or I would have. They will sell you used carpet for new will not stand behind their products. Had issues with carpet from the minute it arrived. Installer scratched walls, base board, doors had to be refinished because of lack of respect. The gentlemen said he had been laying carpet since he was in his teens, I would guess him around 50-53. He was by himself and every seam you can see as clear as day. Horrible horrible service. Called to complain and the oaf answered the phone Gerken Rental. They could care less. A rental store running a carpet flooring store and the installer must of been the mechanic I am guessing from the old truck with flames on it that was his work vehicle. Not a van, a truck old primer with flames and no cover to protect the product. They need to stick with Gerken and Gerken off instead of selling and installing carpet. Now I have $8000.00 invested in trash. I will use NFM from now on. Thanks for reading and please take note you have been warned. Save yourself the frustration, the money and a possible heart attack.
