This is the only vets office where I do not have to have an appointment. My adopted "stray cat", Hobo, does not stay home with me 24/7. Dr. Tim and I are discussing getting him neutered, they understand my need to have Hobo treated with bolus doses of certain meds. and pills instead of liquids for at-home meds. The farther away my hands are from Hobo's teeth the better. I use a pill gun purchased from them. They know I am immune suppressed, they know I love my cat and they don't want me hurt or injured either. I hope their policy of no appointment necessary continues. I do not know what I would do without them.

Took my dog to have her spayed and they were great with her! Everyone was so sweet, friendly, and helpful!

Took my kitten to what to get spayed & ended up being a male cat that they neutered & did not even call to tell me that it was a male..112$ to get a cat neutered after all the extras you have to add in like an office visit fee, pain shot and required rabies vacine..rediculous! Have been a customer here for several years and never had a problem like this...the vet that neutered him was not Dr. Ratcliff so maybe it is the change in vets(if i return it will be only to see him)...expressed how upset i was that i was not notified..as i would not have had him neutered, and her response was well we recommend males be neutered as well..my response to that is that we live on a farm where we have strays dropped off and can only afford to spay the females..she also advised i was not called because they were busy..(it was so crowded there that there was barely standing room without being outside the door) wait time was horrible this time ..very disappointed with the customer service this time!

Took our cat Moe to see the Vet after he tangled with our Rooster. They saw him very quickly and after examining him found he had got spured twice. Needed surgery to close wounds. The girls were very careing and kept me informed. He stayed overnight. The vet showed me how to care for him at home and scheduled a couple follow up visits. Moe made a full recovery. These people were all very friendly and professional. Although they are a extremely busy place.

Mark Ratliff is the best Vet I have ever used. Tim, Julie and all of them are great. They have taken care of my Dogs, Horses, and Cows. they do a great job with everything. I have never had a bad experience with them. One of the Vets will always take time to talk to you if you just stop in, or call you back if you call. Their price's are the most reasonable around too.

This place misdiagnosed my English Bulldog. His name is Dozer if the vets want to look him up. They have been treating him since late september for ear infections and back pain. the last visit was the 23rd of december. still just teated him for pain. The 24th he was so sick that he fell down the stairs and could nearly get my husband too him to the vet ER in Kenova where the try county animal clinic answering machine told us to take him. Took him their, they did test couldn't find anything but maybe a brain tumor. they suggested us a vet cancer hospital in Columbus oh. Took him to that hospital where he was schedule for a MRI with a neologist the 26th. We Got a Call on Christmas around 12pm that he had passed away. I feel that if they did a better job of examining dozer we could have saved him. Tri county had over 3 months with at least 6 visits and a a overnight stay to monitor him. They didn't do there job and they need to go back to school! I know a brain tumor is hard to diagnose but they are the professionals

This is the BEST veterinary care around! I usually deal with Mark and Tim - but all of the Vets are great. Thanks especially to Mark for all you do for our babies! You're the best!

This is a wonderful place to take your pets. They take walk in. That is why sometimes you have to wait 20 mins or so. They did a great job with my dog. Gave him a exam, test and Meds for under 100. Previous vet charged me like 140 and that was without meds included.

This place is plagued by horribly long wait times. Just purchasing something like flea medication at this place is an ordeal. You regularly have to wait uncomfortably long, and once I had to wait 45 minutes just to do this. I think they've added 1-2 veterinarians in the last couple of years, but they still need more people working at the front desk; two is not enough. Being the only clinic in the area, the poor women up front can't handle the volume of people who come through there. I can't stress this enough: do not go here unless your animal specifically needs to see the doctor. If you just need flea meds or other otc things and go here thinking you're gonna save time and money -- you're in for an unpleasant surprise. If you don't mind paying a little extra for shipping, stick to purchasing these things online. Your blood pressure will thank you.

I have always had a good experience and great people to answer any questions I had on visits and over the phone! Dr. Ratliff is def. the best vet I know, for example,.. I had an emergency with one of my dogs,He was backed over with a big truck and I thought for sure he wasn't gonna make it!! It was after hours and it was late.. But he came in and took excellent care of him..He gave him meds. to help the pain and calm him down,did x-rays, the whole nine yards!! and he had a Great recovery!! Thanks Dr. Ratliff,
