We bought an item, which was a stock item (not special order) for a job. We didn't end up needing the part, so planned to return it next time we were in Louden. A few weeks went by before we were able to get to their business to make the return. Once at the store, the owner Steve was very rude and said that he wouldn't take the item back. He said that it was "too friggin' bad...it was our screw up." I called him to discuss and he hung up on me. It is normal business practice to be able to return unused stock items to a vendor within a reasonable time period. I have never been treated this way by a business. We certainly won't be doing any business with this company again.
