After eating everything green chili under the sun we needed a break. The mob gimmick is a tad cheesy but all in good fun. The tacos are a great twist on an old classic. Great service and really yummy food.

The entire experience was the best I've ever had in New Mexico! Probably top five I've had ever. The dark speakeasy ambiance was super cool, the wait staff extremely attentive without being overbearing, and the food was terrific. The dry aged steaks were best I've had in New Mexico!

Had an excellent steak at Vernon's Hidden Valley Steakhouse (aka Speakeasy) while in in Albuquerque. The experience was tops, with an excellent filet, great hors d'oeuvres, and prohibition-era cocktails. A little hard to find, and you have to remember the password given you when you make the reservation, but it's worth it to have a world-class meal in Albuquerque.

Great play on Gangster theme! Go in to Vernon's with a good attitude and all will be well. It is a fun dining experience and the staff is very accommodating. Don't forget to make a reservation and double check the address. Will go again soon!

This is the second time we have been to Vernon's. once again you need to make reservations and get the secret password in order to get in the door. We love the atmosphere. Our server was personable and attentive. The food was wonderful. I chose the fresh fish my husband had prime rib and daughter veal. I just wish I could afford to go more often. By the way one of the mixologists on staff prepared my teenager a yummy age appropriate drink on request which made her feel extra special. Note this is not a place for children under the age of 10 and they will not be admitted and rather bored if they were.

This was mine and my husband's first experience at the restaurant - for our 2nd Anniversary! We loved the privacy, atmosphere and our server was awesome (she even made me a specialty cocktail). Thank you so much for the great date night :)

First time there and it was great! My wife and I celebrated our Anniversary and she immediately fell in love! Will definitely be visiting again and would recommend it!!

No words can describe the experience! I was surprised with a birthday dinner at Vernon's...remained speechless for the rest of the night--not only from the company I had, but from the amazing food, atmosphere, & music! Can't wait to come back

Jackamoe has a new bat, Lville slugger, autographed and as usual the food was beyond great. So glad we have Vernon's in town. If you miss Bob Tate at the piano and you like oldies jazzed up I feel sorry for you. Coolest joint in town. And thanks for our fav booth.

This was our second time coming to Vernon's. After our 3 month old son sabotaged our first visit, we thought we should give it another try for Valentine's day and I'm so glad we did. The food was delicious and our server was so friendly. When my husband's steak wasn't cooked right they quickly replaced it and took care of it so efficiently and graciously. We definitely will be returning again sometime.

We went for Valentine's Day. This was our first time dining at Vernon's and the food, service, and atmosphere were perfect. We will definitely be back :)

Been to better. Atmospher is terrible to dark to see. Steak was so so.

I love Vernons! Hands down Vernon's is the best steakhouse in Albuquerque. Vernon's has amazing food, great service, and wonderful ambiance to boot.
