In personal injury cases the fees usually range from 25 percent to 33 1/3 percent of the recovery.I do not charge for an initial consultation, and there is absolutely no obligation to hire me to represent you on your case either before or after the initial consultation. The consultation usually lasts between one and two hours and allows me an opportunity to obtain from you the details of your accident so that I can advise you about your rights and answer your questions.
