History:
Paul Bauman’s Tree Service was established in 2008 and is a family owned business based out of Los Gatos. We are proud of our reputation as a quality tree service provider who has many long term repeat customers and is continually growing. We provide a wide range of services to fit your needs and see your project from inception to completion. 


Meet the Owner:
I’m Paul Bauman and am a member of the International Society of Arboriculture, ISA. Over my years of experience, I have become a well-respected arborist in the Bay Area. I am known for my commitment to excellence, professionalism, customer service & satisfaction, reliability, esthetic beauty, safety, and green waste recycling. My passion for the health and safety of all trees stems from my childhood when I would help my father in pruning our family’s local apricot orchard. 

As the owner of Paul Bauman's Tree Service, I have translated this passion into managing every job from the viewpoint of you, the customer. After speaking with you about your goals and objectives for your property, all work is meticulously performed to meet your specifications.

I have been a resident of Los Gatos for over 35 years; I hold a BA in Economics and an MBA. In 2008 after many years working in technology sales, I decided to start a business that would bring me outdoors and away from a desk. I am a people person and bring a wide range of professional and life experiences to every job. In 2009, I married my lovely wife, Victoria and our son, Conrad, was born in 2014.

My wife and I were always worried about the 60 foot Monterey Pine in our backyard. We finally decided to have it removed. From start to finish, Paul made us feel at ease. First of all, Paul does not look like your typical "tree guy," if there is such a thing. If you meet him, you'll know what we mean. Secondly, Paul presented himself with the professionalism and courtesy that made him stand apart from the other tree removal companies we received estimates from. His attention to detail, knowledge of trees and helping us understand the process and what to expect put us at ease. Another added plus, he is fully insured, unlike the other guys out there. Lastly, and most important to many, his pricing was competitive and he will work with you to get the best price. Paul even made himself and his crew available on a Sunday to do the job. We also give high marks for his crew. They were friendly, diligent, hard working and professional as well.
