I have been using XCast for 1 year and was recently charged for a whole bunch of calls and was told that someone hacked my system. However, they are unable to provide me with any reports showing any of the calls and refuse to credit my account claiming it's all my responsibility per the agreement. All of my funds were pre-paid so I'm basically at their mercy. This whole experience is unreal and I feel that I'm being robbed directly by XCast and not sure what I can do. So far, I've stopped using their service but still are unable to get reporting or response to resolve the issues. I do not recommend this company to anyone and hope people can see my review and hopefully not get scammed like I did....

The support, if you want to call it that is lacking to say the least. The equipment and features are also lacking, combersome and not user friendly. You have a push a mulitude of buttons just to get your voice message, that is true of many of the menu options on their phones, Polycom's. The quality of the calls are ok, there's a bit of a delay at times and also echo's at times. Some basic features that we requested, we found out after the fact that they couldn't not provide & the complications of callers going into mulitple "groups" and ultimately getting stuck in the system with no way out is totally unacceptable! Very disappointed.
